Bring milk, whipping cream, butter, polenta, salt and nutmeg to a boil. Simmer until the mixture separates from the pot. Allow to cool. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Spread spring roll dough and cut into larger or smaller pieces. Spread polenta mixture on each, fold dough in at sides and form into rolls. Close ends well, pressing seams firmly. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry rolls until crispy all over. Remove and drain well on paper towels.
