For the ciabatta bread with tuna cream, drain the tuna and finely chop. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix tuna, onion and brunch and season with salt and pepper. Stir in capers. Cut tomatoes into thin slices. Toast bread slices, top with tomato slices and spread cream on top. Garnish with basil leaves.
