For asparagus from the oven, peel or clean the asparagus and place in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with canola oil and lemon juice and salt and pepper the asparagus.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the asparagus for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally and taking care that the asparagus does not become too soft.
