Soften the mushrooms in seasoning water (5 to 10 min), drain well.
Mix chives, mustard, vinegar, pepper and salt with a whisk, add oil, stir well and pour over warm snow peas. Stir well and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir leaf salad one more time, sprinkle with carrot and radish and bring to table.
Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
