Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Grind a breadcrumb from the Gouda and 8 sticks of grissini using a hand mixer. Turn the chops first in the rice flour, then in beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs on the other side and roast them in a frying pan. Place in the stove at 200 degrees for about 5 min to continue cooking. Peel the onions, cut them in half, slice them and fry them in oil. Turn a tomato skin into a rose. Cut the rest of the tomatoes into cubes and add to the onions. Season with garlic, pepper, salt and herbs de Provence. Drain the pasta and fold in half. Arrange the chops with the pasta on a plate. Garnish with the tomato rose.
