Heat the butter, then sprinkle in flour and brown evenly. Pour in the beef broth. Cook for 7 minutes. At the same time, keep stirring the soup so that it doesn’t burn. Add grated onion. Season with salt, sugar and sprinkling seasoning. Add whipped cream and red wine just before serving.
