For the burger with bacon, first mix the mince with the egg, salt and pepper. Form into a pattie and fry on both sides for 5 minutes.
Then fry the bacon briefly for one minute. Spread the sour cream on the top of the bun. Layer the lettuce, pattie and bacon on the bottom of the bun and place the lid on top.
For the salad, slice the white cabbage and carrot into thin strips. Mix with vinegar, the finely chopped spring onion and the mayonnaise and let it stand well. Serve together with the fries.
