A cake recipe for all foodies:
For the dough, sift flour into a large enough bowl. Add the potatoes, butter flakes, season with salt, season with freshly grated nutmeg and rub with your hands. Now press into a ball. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, preferably overnight. Stand at room temperature for 1 hour before rolling out, if possible (otherwise the dough will be too hard and therefore very difficult to work with).
Roll out the dough onto a large baking sheet. Spread the Parmesan cheese evenly on it. Rinse the peppers, remove the core, cut into thin strips and spread evenly over the cheese.
For the glaze, mix well sour cream with eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated) and pour over the cake. Bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees for half an hour on the lowest rack of the oven.
