For the Batman cake, make a smooth batter from the ingredients for the dough. Bake in a springform pan at 180 °C for 35 minutes (test with a stick).
Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool completely on a cooling rack. Pass the apricot jam through a sieve and use it to apricotize the entire cake.
Leave 200 g fondant white. Color about 150 g fondant each in black and yellow. Now roll out the fondant thinly and with the help of a template (made of cardboard) cut out the bat in black, the center of the lower half and the inner circles of the daisies in yellow.
