Instructions:

For the banana slices, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and water. Then mix the cocoa powder, flour and baking powder and slowly fold in.

Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 220 °C for about 15 minutes. For the topping, slice the bananas and spread them on the cooled base and sprinkle with the lemon juice.

Mix the curd cheese with the sugar. Dissolve the gelatin and stir some of the curd mixture into the gelatin, then add this mixture to the curd mixture and mix well.

Whip the cream until stiff and fold it in. Spread the cream on the bananas and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Melt the dark chocolate together with the coconut oil in a water bath and spread the icing on the cream and let it set.
