For the apple crumble cake, first prepare the crumble. To do this, mix the ingredients and chill.
For the dough, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, now stir in milk and oil. Now mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir in.
Pour the dough into a baking pan (approx. 25 x 35 cm). Top with peeled, cored apples cut into rough wedges.
Sprinkle the crumble on top and bake at 175 °C for about 35 minutes.
