Remove the skin from one of the apples, core it and grate it with a grater. Prepare the ground beef with the crème fraîche, grated salt, apple, pepper and paprika powder to a meat dough. Form 8 burgers from the dough and roast in a coated frying pan until almost cooked on both sides. Just before the end of the frying time, place the butter cheese on 4 ground meat burgers and let it melt. Rinse the remaining apples, dab dry, core and cut into thin slices, drizzle with a little juice from a lemon. Cut the rolls in half and arrange with the lettuce leaves, apple slices and minced burgers.
