Instructions:

For the seasoning oil, finely chop all the kitchen herbs and finely grind them with a hand mixer, pour enough olive oil over the herb mixture. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking tray, cover them evenly with the seasoning oil and season them strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook the antipasti for about 15 to 20 minutes at a high top heat of 200 °C in the heated oven until they have taken color.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
