(*) Kitchen herbs each as desired. For example, chives, borage, parsley, burnet, thyme or lovage, tarragon, lemon balm.
Stir through the ingredients for the sauce. Roughly grate the carrots directly into the sauce, cut the leek into very fine strips and also form into the sauce. Quarter the walnuts. Mix everything together. Done.
Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
