Instructions:

Remove the nuts from the shell with a spoon and crush them. With wine and sugar, fruit brandy, spices and water in a large glass balloon form. Cork this loosely and infuse the mixture for 40 days.

Double a sieve with a fine, wet straining cloth and pour off the wine. Pour into bottles, cork tightly and keep in a cool place.

Goes well with: blue cheese, goat cheese.
