Preheat the oven to 220 °C for the cheese bread loaves. Stir the uncooled QimiQ until smooth. Add the egg yolks, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix well. Fold in the bread and cheese cubes and allow to stand for approx. 10 minutes. Form the mixture into small loaves and fry in very hot oil on both sides, then place in the oven for about 4 minutes. For the dipping sauce, whisk uncooled QimiQ until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve the cheese bread rolls with the dipping sauce!
