For the spinach pasta, put the tomatoes in a little boiling water until they are soft and can be crushed. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little oil. Add the slightly thawed creamed spinach and let it thaw on low heat.
Stir in the tomato paste, the crushed garlic cloves and salt and pepper. Add the cooked tomatoes as well and mix everything well. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions and mix the spinach sauce into the pasta. Sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan over the spinach pasta and serve.
