1. brush swordfish steaks with oil, season with salt, season with pepper. Grill or fry on an electric grill or possibly in a frying pan for 2-3 min. on each side.
For the sauce, peel the garlic and chop coarsely with the tomatoes. Blend both with juice of one lemon, capers, olive oil and 5 tbsp cold water with a blender. Season with pepper.
On each portion of fish sauce form, garnish with parsley and rosemary.
Serve with boiled potatoes or crusty bread.
