For the sesame hot dog buns, prepare a yeast dough from the flour, yeast, salt, water and milk. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Then knead again and form into rolls. Cut the rolls into pieces about 13 cm long and form them into long rolls.
Brush with a little water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let the rolls rest for another 15 minutes. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
