For the fried egg Antipasti Style mix ricotta with herbs, salt and pepper. In a hot frying pan with olive oil, fry the egg to make a fried egg.

Cut a piece of the pesto cheese into thin strips and arrange around the yolk like sunbeams, letting the cheese melt slightly. Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half and fry them briefly.

Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy with fresh ciabatta.
