For the roasted chicken with boiled vegetables, clean and wash the vegetables.
Cut potatoes, kohlrabi and onion into larger cubes, carrots and green beans into sticks. Place vegetables in a pot and cook with water, bouillon cubes and salt until al dente. Strain and spread melted butter over them.
Cut chicken into strips, salt and fry in a little oil.
Arrange fried chicken with cooked vegetables on plates and serve.
