For the Buttermilk Oil Cake with Stevia, cream the oil with the whole eggs and 4 teaspoons of stevia. Then stir in the room-warm butter, vanilla pulp and Qimiq.
Mix the baking powder with the remaining stevia granules and the flour and sift onto the egg mixture. Fold in briefly. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan (loaf pan). Bake the cake at 160 degrees for about 50 – 55 minutes.
