For the Gourmet Bratwurst Snail with garnishes, cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes, sauté in olive oil in a large pan and season with salt and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.

Divide the blue cheese into pieces and arrange in a deep plate with the red wine figs and garnish with mint leaves.
