For the pancakes, first prepare the dough. Pour the milk into a bowl, beat the eggs and add the flour. Season with a pinch of salt, stir well again and leave the dough to swell for at least 30 minutes.then stir the dough again briefly and melt a teaspoon of butter in a fairly small coated pan.then pour a quarter of the dough, swirl the pan in a circle to distribute the dough evenly, and bake the pancake over medium heat until golden brown. Carefully turn the pancake with a spatula and let it get golden brown on the other side as well.
Lift out the pancake, wrap in aluminum foil and bake the other pancakes in the same way. Now each pancake can be spread with jam, maple syrup, honey, peanut butter or salted butter as desired. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon and serve with ice cream or chocolate sauce.
