For the gratinated zucchini and tomatoes, peel the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
Wash the tomatoes, cut out the stalk and cut into small cubes. Fry the zucchini and tomatoes in oil, add water, vegetable soup seasoning and steam for about 15 minutes. Stir in the cooking cream, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Put the pan in the oven and bake at about 180 degrees until the cheese is melted and a little browned.
Serve the gratinated zucchini and tomatoes still hot.
