A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Separate the onion from the skin, shred very finely and then saute.
Add the spinach. Crumble the feta cheese into pieces and add to the spinach.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano and add the soup. Stir, cover and simmer gently for about 1000 minutes, stirring again and again so that all the ingredients mix properly and nothing burns.
In the meantime, fry the sunflower seeds in a dry, preferably coated frying pan, stirring until golden brown.
Season the sauce again. Sprinkle the roasted sunflower seeds on the sauce on the plate.
This sauce goes well with any type of pasta.
Instead of half a teaspoon of dried oregano, you can use a whole teaspoon of fresh oregano.
