Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

Cook spaghetti in enough salted water on the stove until al dente. Clean leek, rinse, cut into rings. Cook in salted water for 4 minutes until fork-tender, drain.

Drain the tomatoes. Cut ham into strips. Toss drained pasta in butter, mix with ham, leek, cheese. Grease a shallow ovenproof dish and pour in the spaghetti mixture. Cut the tomatoes in half and place on top. Mix pepper, eggs, cow’s milk and salt and pour over the pasta, sprinkle with oregano. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C (gas: level 3) for about 40 minutes.
