For the apple-carrot dumplings, finely grate the apple and carrot and knead with the remaining ingredients to form a dough that can be easily shaped. Add a little more water or flour if necessary.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Use 2 teaspoons to make small dumplings from the mixture and place them on the tray. Bake for 30 minutes.
Then turn off the oven and let the dumplings dry. Store the apple-carrot dumplings in a paper bag or a linen bag.
