For the vegetable quinoa loaf, wash and cook the quinoa according to package directions. Grate the zucchini and carrot. Mash beans with a fork and mix with the egg, cheese.
Press garlic through a garlic press and stir into the quinoa-vegetable mixture with about 2 tablespoons whole spelt flour. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram.
Heat oil in a frying pan, form loafs and fry in hot oil on both sides.
