A simple but delicious cake recipe:

For the dough, sift flour, put salt and oil. Pour in water gradually, knead. Wrap in plastic wrap, leave to cool for an hour. Knead again, form into a ball.

Lay out a kitchen towel, dust with flour. Pull out dough first freehand in the air, then place on dish towel. Put your hands under the dough and stretch it out on all sides until the dough is as thin as possible.

For the filling, cut apples and peaches into wedges. Separate eggs, mix egg yolks with powdered sugar until creamy, add lemon zest, nuts, cinnamon and flour.

Beat egg whites with sugar until creamy, fold in. Melt butter, brush teg with it. Spread egg mixture on top. Leave out the edge. Cover with fruit wedges, roll up.

Place on a baking tray, brush with butter. Bake in heated oven at 200 °C for 35 minutes. Brush often with butter
