Instructions:

The oranges are washed hot, brushed and peeled. Soft boil and cut into narrow strips.

Prepare a syrup from sugar and water and boil until 105 °C. Add the orange peels and continue to boil until they appear translucent. Make a jelly test and mix the ready jam with the whisky, fill it into glasses.
