For the Sesame Chicken, mix the ingredients for the batter until smooth and let it rest for a few minutes. In the meantime, also mix the ingredients for the sauce until the sugar and starch have dissolved.
Set aside. Cut the vegetables as well as the chicken fillets into small pieces, finely chop the garlic. Add the meat to the batter so that they are covered.
Then fry out in a pan (should be slightly light brown but don’t over fry so the meat doesn’t dry out). Set aside.
In a wok, sauté the onion and garlic in oil and then add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Add the sauce and bring to a boil so that it thickens a bit.
Then add the meat and stir it in.
