For the curd cream, squeeze lemon and orange and stir juice together with curd, sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.

Puree 100 g of the strawberries and mix in. Mix the remaining berries with rum and sugar and heat in a saucepan.

Arrange the curd cream in a dessert bowl and cover with curd mixture.
