For the banana-yogurt layered dessert, first crush the butter cookies in a plastic bag (not too fine crumbs). Stir the yogurt with the honey until smooth. Cut the bananas into slices.
Fill each glass with a layer of cookie crumbs first (use up about half of the cookies), then spread half of the yogurt over the glasses.
Next is a layer of banana slices, then yogurt again, and again a layer of cookies on top.
Serve the banana-yogurt layered dessert right away.
