For the chocolate snails, roll out the puff pastry, sprinkle densely with the grated chocolate, roll tightly and cut into equal-sized slices.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for approx. 15 minutes. When cooled, sprinkle with sugar.
