For the polsterzipf quickly make a dough from curd cheese, butter, flour and salt. Leave to rest in a cool place for 30 minutes. Flatten, divide into squares and brush the edges with egg white.

Place a coffee spoon sized piece of Philadelphia Milka in the center and fold together, pressing down slightly. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with yolk.

Bake at 200 °C until they have a nice golden color. Mix lemon juice with powdered sugar to a smooth mass and spread on the still hot cushionzipfe.
