A bean recipe for every taste:
Cut the meat into not too large cubes and brown very quickly in hot oil in a shallow, wide roasting pan. Peel the onions, cut into eighths, add to the meat and brown lightly. Add the flour and brown as well.
Extinguish everything with the red wine and pour the clear soup. Remove the peel from the tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the meat with the olives. Sprinkle with savory, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme and sugar.
Cook in the oven at 220 degrees for 40 minutes. In the meantime, make the long grain rice.
This dish is served with a light red wine.
