For the kiwi yogurt slices, preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Grease and flour a baking pan of approx. 26 x 32 cm. Separate the eggs. Beat with egg whites and a pinch of salt until snowy.
Stir in sugar and vanilla sugar. Then stir in yolks and fold in flour with baking powder. Spread smoothly in the form. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Mix yogurt, powdered sugar and juice of half a lemon. Soak gelatin in cold water. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into a saucepan. Dissolve the gelatin in it and then stir it into the yogurt mixture.
Spread on the cake and put in the refrigerator. Peel the kiwis. Cut 3 kiwis into cubes,mash the others. Soak gelatin in cold water. Empty half of Green Apple juice into a saucepan.
Add kiwi puree and cubes and simmer gently for a few minutes. Then dissolve the gelatin in it. Stir until slightly chilled. Stir in remaining Green Apple juice and sugar.
Add juice of half a lemon. Add a little more seasoning if needed. Place in refrigerator and let set a little. Then spread on top of yogurt layer and refrigerate again.
