In the evening: rosemary potatoes with onion curd Rinse the potatoes, cook them, peel them and cut them into slices. Roast them in heated oil. Season with pepper, salt and dried rosemary. Mix the low-fat curd cheese with mineral water. Season with a peeled, diced pepper, salt, onion and sweet paprika. As a drink: herbal tea.
