A bean recipe for every taste:
Heat the oil, roll the pieces of meat in the flour seasoned with salt and pepper and brown all over. Remove the meat and keep warm. Add the garlic, onions, cumin and coriander to the oil and fry until the onions are translucent. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the temperature and gently simmer until the meat is cooked in about 45 minutes. Serve with hominy bean porridge.
