Look forward to this fine asparagus recipe:
Cut bacon into fine strips, roast in olive oil until crispy, remove. Melt butter in the frying fat, sauté diced onion in it. Dust with flour and pour in veal stock and whipping cream. Cook until half done, season with salt, pepper and garlic clove. Chop basil, except for a few leaves, and crush in the sauce. Serve with bacon and basil leaves.
