Process the dough in a bread machine in the program “dough” (alternatively: cook yeast dough by hand and let rise).

Put the dough to cool for 1/2 hour with the lid closed.

Roll out into a rectangle, spread thinly with melted butter. Leave out edge. Fold the dough three times like a pastry. Repeat three times. Place dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.

Roll out into rectangle again, cut into 9 on the spot squares. Cut each quadrilateral crosswise. Roll the triangles loosely from the wide side and place on a greased baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and then bake in a heated oven at 190 degrees for 20 min.
