Cook macaroni in salted water on the stove top until al dente and drain, place as nests close together on a greased baking tray. Finely dice turkey cutlets and brown in oil. Wash the spring onions, cut into small pieces, add and fry briefly. Stone chili pepper, cut into fine rings, peel and dice beef tomatoes, add and let simmer. Season with salt, chayenne pepper and sugar.
Place the filling in the center of the nests, pour the hollandaise sauce over it and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 225 °C for 20 to half an hour, chop the parsley and sprinkle it on top to put on the table.
