For the stuffed chicken fillets, cut the chicken fillets and open them up. Mix grill seasoning with oil and coat the fillets with it.
Peel the carrots and roughly tear them with a grater. Stuff the chicken fillets with the carrots and roll them up. Then wrap the chicken fillets with bacon and roast in a pan in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
Remove the stuffed chicken fillets from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
