Maybe your new favorite bean dish:
Beat egg yolks in a double boiler with sugar, add hot milk and gelatin soaked in water. Cool slightly, add instant coffee, chocolate shavings and vanilla sugar. Fold in the whipped cream, form the cream into dessert bowls and set aside to cool.
The ingredients for the sauce: sugar, milk, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla pod in a bain-marie and finally add the cocoa powder.
Turn the cream out onto plates and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate beans. Pour the sauce around it.
