Boil potatoes and cabbage sprouts separately. Meanwhile, sauté the onions in butter. Peel the still hot potatoes and strain them together with the sautéed onions and the cooked cabbage sprouts. Salt and mix with enough warm sweet cream to make a nice puree. Roast bacon strips in a pan until crispy and garnish the finished puree with them.
