Chicken salad house style (no idea where the recipe comes from, probably self-invented or family heritage):
Fillet the chicken and cut into cubes. Measure out the meat, preferably in a cup. Half the mass of the meat is needed each of pineapple in small cubes and halved mushrooms. (Example: 4 cups of chicken => 2 cups of mushrooms and 2 cups of pineapple). Add to that an apple, also cut into small pieces. The exact ones vary with the size of the apple, according to the number of cups :-).
For the sauce, add the juice of half a lemon to half a cup of yogurt, stir in a little pineapple juice so that the sauce remains creamy, and add 6-7 dashes of Worchester sauce to taste.
All the ingredients are mixed together.
