Liver, anchovies and onion a few times through a meat grinder form. Stir butter, flour and whipping cream to a sauce. Cut bacon into thin strips.
Stir all ingredients together and pour into a well greased loaf pan or possibly a casserole dish, close with foil or possibly a lid and place in the grease pan. Pour in 2 to 3 cm of water. Cook in oven until done.
