A cake recipe for all foodies:
Mix yeast with a little milk or sugar, respectively, but do not let it rise. Put salt, light butter, flour and yeast in a suitable bowl and knead into a dough, which is put in the water for one night. The dough should be covered with water. Remove the dough from the water the following day and knead it with a little flour. Form a roll, cut small pieces and place the croissants on a baking tray, bake until golden. Mix the powdered sugar with vanilla sugar and turn the hot croissants in the powdered sugar on the other side.
