Mix the berries with powdered sugar and syrup. Cut open the vanilla pod and remove the pulp. Stir the curd cheese with the vanilla pulp, a little juice of one lemon and lemon zest until smooth. Now fold in the whipped cream and finally the marinated berries.
Put the milk, eggs, flour and salt in a large enough bowl and mix. Now fold in the melted butter. From the dough in a frying pan with clarified butter gradually bake the thin pancakes to the end.
Pour the berry cream on the pancakes form, fold together or possibly roll and bring to the table.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
